The hardwood is carefully kiln dried and is extremely durable; the hard coat of varnish will prevent the wood from rotting due to water in the basin or moisture in the air.

To clean your wood products, we recommend that you use any soft, anti-bacterial liquid soap and sponge to clean your sink. Do not use harsh abrasives, chemicals, bleach or sponges with scouring surfaces. Any chemicals used for drainage problems should be poured directly into the drain, avoiding contact with the sink surfaces. Avoid placing extremely hot items directly on the surface of sink.
